Job Description

• Prospect storm or property damaged neighborhoods to work with property owners and their insurance company in assessing exterior damages (Roof, Siding, Windows, Gutters, etc.) and implement a plan for work completion. Training is provided using top industry programs in classroom and mentoring in the field. Some sales and/ or construction knowledge is helpful but not required. Attitude is the winning ingredient in this industry.

Job Duties

•  Develop customer base from referrals and/or innovative cold-calling/ client development strategies

•  Sell general contracting services from Paskar Construction

•  Perform residential and commercial property inspections

•  Assist property owners through the insurance claim process

•  Work with insurance adjusters to process claims

Experience:

•  Outside sales: 1 year (Preferred)

•  Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
